The property is located within a gated plot with secure access and space to park a vehicle inside the property, offering additional privacy and convenience.
REQUIREMENTS
A preliminary applicant screening will be carried out before arranging any viewings.
Applicants must have:

Sufficient and demonstrable income.
Supporting documentation confirming their employment and financial situation.
Applications that do not meet the required affordability criteria cannot be considered.
CONDITIONS
Annual rental.
Subletting is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Water, electricity and Wi-Fi are not included.
Advance payment or proof of sufficient financial guarantees will be required depending on the applicant’s profile.
1 month’s deposit + 1 month’s additional guarantee.
